Our Team

Kunal is our Office Manager with a particular focus on assisting customers invest for their Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF).  He has been with Gold Stackers / GBA Group for 7 years and prior to joining the team was with ANZ bank.

Kunal has extensive financial services and banking experience, he enjoys keeping customers updated on the economic, supply/demand and market metrics that drive precious metal prices and adds value by working with customers to help them invest in precious metals with an understanding of investing through an SMSF.

Kim Ngo is a Sales Executive in the Melbourne office, she has been part of the Gold Stackers team for two years.  Prior to joining us Kim was with ANZ bank and has a background in banking and finance.

Kim has an excellent understanding of precious metals for investing, she keeps up to date with the competitive environment, is extremely professional and has a warm and friendly nature that our customers love.

Sales Executive

Sapan Shah is a Sales Executive in the Melbourne office, he has been part of the Gold Stackers team for four years.

With several years of experience in customer facing role for leading Foreign Exchange business, he has built the ability to provide an outstanding service within any environment and ensure that he represent any business in professional and approachable manner .

Sandra Appleby is a Sales Executive in the Melbourne office.

She has extensive financial service & banking experience having worked at the ANZ Bank for 20 years. She has a particularly strong focus on customer service.

Matt is the Chief Information Officer and Director and has been an active member of the executive team for many years.  He has considerable experience in commodity markets in Australia and Asia, his skills are primarily focused on providing our customers with the most important tool they need to make intelligent investment decisions, that is “Information” about spot prices, stock availability, Metal Account Statements and everything to do with the systems and processes.

Matt is based in the Queensland office but is often in Melbourne to update systems and manage stock takes.

Sarah Hogwood has been with the group for over 11 years, she is the Senior Sales Executive in the Queensland office and is a well-known identity nationally as a precious metals industry expert.

Before joining the group, Sarah spent over 20 years in various areas of fine jewellery industry including retail, wholesale and design.

Bernadette has been an integral part of the team for many years, she is responsible for customer service and office administration as well as ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Her experience in the precious metals industry dates back many years and generations, as her Mum was also a member of the team.  Bernie is based in the Queensland office.

Rebecca is our Sales Consultant in the Gold coast Office, she is your first point of contact when arriving at the GBA office.

Bec has more than 25 years Customer service experience, she is extremely professional and has a warm and friendly nature.

Bec was born in Melbourne, but has lived on the Gold Coast for decades. Bec has a Teenage son name Oliver.
