Can I collect my order from Melbourne store? 

Unfortunately, due to recent restrictions placed by Victorian Government, customers are not able to collect orders from our Melbourne office.

You can have your items either shipped (shipping charges apply) or store with our temporary storage without any charges for a limited time. (Until restrictions are lifted and you are able to come and collect your orders.)

How can I pay for my order?

Full Payment for your order is required within 24 hours of your order.

Internet banking payment or payment over the counter at any ANZ bank are  the only two options during this lockdown.

Cash over the counter at Melbourne office is not acceptable during the lockdown, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

How can I receive my order during lockdown? Are there any delays?

We can ship your order upon full payment received and provided the stock is available on hand.

Please note due to high demand of shipping and limited staff on premises, there are delays experienced at the moment. Gold Stackers team will notify you with tracking number upon dispatch.

How can I sell my Pool allocated/Unallocated holdings/Metal stored with Gold Stackers?

You can sell your holdings in our Pool allocated / Unallocated or Physical metal stored with us during our business hours with a clear written consent.

Can I sell my physical metal to Gold Stackers during lockdown?

Yes, we can organise a courier pick up from residential or business address to us and fulfil your buyback request.  (Access to printer is required)
